Update: Book/Issue Plan “Give-away”

I have been making this book/booklet plan available to everyone with whom I have designed books and booklets for a long time. Now that I’ve optimized a few things, I’d like to give it to everyone who comes by here as a little “give-away” (as an Indesign CS5 and NEW idml document).
